Video Published on Dec 4, 2016 St Paul COGIC and Meet My Shoes organization of Rockford, IL collaborated in The Art of Giving Project 2016. The volunteers prepared seventeen (17) Charity Baskets for families in need during the Thanksgiving season. Not only was the families blessed with "food baskets," they were blessed with prayer and fellowship-- Something many of us take for granted. On behalf of St Paul COGIC and Meet My Shoes organization, we are humbled that we were allowed to service our members, and the community in this way with our Love [Charity] Baskets. The project, however, would not have been a success without the assistance of various community donations, individual donations, volunteers, and personal prayers. We are filled with gratitude and enlighten by their humility.
From Floretta Every person and their family that journey onto our street of hope is treated with extraordinary kindness. Each one is provided with a unique wholesome experience that is only geared toward their needs --meeting them where they are.

What do you know about "MeetMyShoes" Projects?
You fed me when I was hungry, you gave me rest when I needed a bed, you picked me up with words of encouragement. You helped me to change my environment by connecting me on a Journey to social programs and resources that I did not know existed. You let me see peace in the midst of disruptions. You filled my mind with joy. You blessed me and told me that Jesus loves me too. It was here that I stood to stand. The Journey is yet before me, and I am on the right course, thanks to you. You said" Deception is not practical, unless practice as a legitimate weapon and defense for the truth." Then, I sought after the truth and found good. I thought on those things. I am now on that Journey. It's not about the Shoes, It's Journey as you say. " Thank you very much. Writer: Flo Leavy
